Strength Training & Nutrition Coaching for women

Fitness Woman Outdoors

This isn’t just a gym.

It’s a space where women come to learn how to train properly, understand their body, and finally get results that actually last.

No guessing.
No random workouts.
No being left to figure it out on your own.

Everything is built for you.

What we do here

We use strength training to shape your body, build muscle and improve how you feel day to day.

Alongside that, we teach you how to eat in a way that supports your body, not fights it.

No strict diets.
No cutting out everything you enjoy.
Just understanding what works for you and why.

Who this is for

Women who are done with starting over
Women who want to feel strong, not punished

We Don't Smash Bodies.
We Wake Them Up

One of the biggest fears women have when they walk into a gym is pain.

They’re worried they’ll be pushed too hard.

That they’ll be sore for days.

That they’ll leave feeling broken instead of better.

That’s not how we work at Optibods.

We Start by Gently Waking the Body Up

Your body doesn’t need to be shocked into change.

It needs to be listened to first.

We use simple, controlled, low-impact exercises at the beginning — not because they’re “easy”, but because they tell us a lot.

These movements allow us to assess how your body moves, where it feels restricted, what feels comfortable, and what needs support.

As you move, we’re watching:

How your joints respond

How your muscles switch on

Where your strength is sitting right now

And where we need to go next

This isn’t guesswork. It’s intentional.

Less Pain = A Better Journey

Let’s be honest.

No one enjoys being in agony.

Pain doesn’t build confidence.

Pain doesn’t create consistency.

Pain makes people quit.

Our goal is to minimise unnecessary pain so you actually enjoy coming back.

When training feels achievable and supportive, progress happens naturally.

You feel safer. Stronger. More confident in your body.

And that’s when real change starts.

Technique Is Non-Negotiable

We are strict on technique — and that’s a good thing.

Good technique:

  • Protects your joints

  • Prevents injuries

  • Builds real strength

  • Creates long-term results

We don’t rush movements.

e don’t load weight too early.

We don’t let ego drive the session.

Every exercise has a purpose, and every body deserves to move safely.

This Is Not a “Jump In and Get Smashed” Program

Optibods is not about throwing you into the deep end.

We meet you at your baseline — wherever that is right now. From there, we build. Step by step.

Layer by layer.

As your strength improves, your body adapts, and your confidence grows, we gradually introduce more advanced exercises when your body is ready.

No forced progress.

No shortcuts.

No injuries created by pushing too hard, too fast.

We Work With Most Injuries and Health Conditions

Bodies come with history.

Injuries.

Surgeries.

Chronic pain.

Hormonal changes.

Health conditions.

We respect all of it.

Training should work with your body, not against it.

That’s why everything we do is adaptable and personalised.

You are never expected to train like the person next to you.

Your body, your pace, your journey.

Strong, Safe, Supported

Our job is to help you feel strong — not broken.

When your body feels safe, it opens up.

When you feel supported, you keep going.

When training feels achievable, it becomes part of your life.

That’s how we do things at Optibods.

No smashing.

No punishment.

Just smart, safe strength — built properly, for the long term.

Frequently Asked Questions

What times are you open?
We are open weekdays from 5am–10am and again from 3:30pm–6:30pm.

Saturdays from 8am–9:30am.

Do you have set start times for sessions?
No, you book a start time that fits in with your day.

Do I have to keep the same days and times each week?
No. Bookings are taken every Thursday for the following Monday to Saturday, so you can organise your week first and then book times that suit.

Are the sessions 1 on 1?
Every session is designed specifically for each person. There may be other ladies in the gym doing their own sessions at the same time, but you do not work out together. You will always have a trainer guiding you through your workout.

What makes you different from other ladies’ fitness centres and gyms?
We are more than just a gym. This is a program built around each individual.

You are taught how to train properly and how to fuel your body correctly, not just given a workout and sent on your way.

Each person receives a personalised nutrition plan designed around the foods they choose and any metabolic conditions they may have.

Training sessions focus on strength, toning and weight loss depending on your goals and abilities.

Your mental health is also an important part of the journey, and support is there for that too.

This is not a general access gym. It is a private, structured program.

What happens when my program finishes, can I continue?
Yes. Many women stay on long term.

You can choose to continue week to week, or purchase sessions in bulk to use as you wish.

Returning clients also receive 10% off program prices.

I have an injury or physical condition, can I do the program?
Yes. We work with all injuries and conditions and adjust your training to suit your body.

Exercises are modified where needed so you can still build strength safely.

I have had gastric surgery and cannot eat a lot, can you still help me?
Yes.

Learning how to eat properly after surgery is very important. Many women regain weight not because they failed, but because they were never taught how to manage their nutrition long term.

We focus on helping you understand how to fuel your body properly so you can maintain your results.

How do I know this is the program for me?
That is easy.

If you want to change your lifestyle and become healthier, need accountability, and want guidance instead of guessing, this will suit you.

If you feel uncomfortable in big public gyms or group classes, or you’ve tried doing it on your own and struggled, this space is built for you.

Every woman here is working toward feeling better in her own skin. Nothing more, nothing less.

Can I do a trial session?
No.

Each session is part of a structured program and is designed to build on the previous one. It’s not something that can be experienced properly in a single visit.

I have never stepped foot in a gym and I am scared, is this normal?
Absolutely.

Most women feel nervous when they start, but within 5–10 minutes they usually relax and feel comfortable in the space.

Is weight training safe for older women?
Yes, and it is important.

As we age, muscle naturally decreases, and without strength training we can become weak and unstable.

Weight training helps improve strength, balance and posture, and supports long-term health.
