About the event
A 30-minute, no-impact group class where you will learn how to activate and then strengthen your pelvic floor and
deep core muscles.
These deep core muscles stabilise your spine and pelvis and work alongside your diaphragm.
Once you can activate and breathe with it, we move on to clinical-style Pilates exercises.
Suit all ages.
