I work with women across a wide range of health conditions, including diabetes, PCOS, hormonal and thyroid concerns, insulin resistance and post-gastric surgery support.

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach.

I assess your history, your patterns and how your body responds to food, then structure your nutrition accordingly.

With ongoing coaching and adjustments, we focus on steady, sustainable fat loss that protects your metabolism and supports long-term health.

Our group sessions are small, guided and focused on real results — building strength, improving movement, and feeling good in your body.

Core Activation (Pilates Style)
This is where we teach you to activate your deep core muscles including the pelvic floor.

Perfect if you want to feel stronger through your midsection, support your back and move better in everyday life.

Tabata-Style Weights (Music Led)
This is your fun, high-energy session using weights.
Set to music, structured intervals, and designed to get your heart rate up while still building strength.
No random jumping around — everything has purpose.
