Food is our lifeline, but for something so necessary to survival, most of us don’t actually know a whole lot about it.

Having recently re-joined the gym it did go through my mind...am I really just wasting my time?
I would find myself absolutely craving a sugar hit after every gym session, so of course I would eat anything sugary that I could lay my hands on...and feel kinda better but then the guilt of doing all that hard work for nothing would set in...and so I'd look for more sweets.
Was in a continuous cycle.

Any way to cut a long story short I read and done the program.

I have been a chronic dieter for most of my life ( first diet was at 8 yo ) Which resulted in eating disorders both anorexia and bulimia which carried me through to my 30’s - I never understood food as fuel I only knew “good “ foods and “bad “ foods - I have had in the past numerous personal trainers who would put you on a nutritional plan however all these were very restrictive- still no education- the last 5 or so years I started to learn more but never really understood it fully and then came BODY ON! What a slap in the face- a couple of the questionnaires made me really think back to the root of my addictions and made me realise what my triggers were and how to control them safely !
Then the nutrition plan !! The best way to describe it - it is simplified so you can finally understand the science behind nutrition- there are a lot of light bulb moments as well,
Body On quite simply had taken away my fear of food and has introduced me to using food as fuel! ( and to actually enjoy cooking again )
