Food is our lifeline, but for something so necessary to survival, most of us don’t actually know a whole lot about it.
We eat it every day, make decisions about it constantly, and yet very few people have ever been properly taught how nutrition and the body actually work.
Most weight loss programs focus on telling you what to eat and what to avoid, but they never explain why your body behaves the way it does.
So you follow rules for a while, rely on willpower, try to stay “good”, and when life gets stressful or busy the old patterns slowly return.
Not because you failed, but because nobody ever properly taught you how nutrition and the body really work.
